Performance & Controlling Consultant

My responsibilities

Prepare and maintain business cases, including data collection, validation, and reconciliation
Analyse cost drivers, cost centers, and financial performance to support decision-making
Support commercial evaluations and vendor-related financial analysis
Prepare management reports and presentations for stakeholders (e.g. cost, FTE, benefits tracking)
Maintain and improve reporting tools (FTE trackers, financial models, templates)
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking activities
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting structures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather required inputs
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and controlling processes

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Strong experience in preparing management reports and analysing financial performance
Hands-on experience working with cost centers, budgeting, or forecasting processes
Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to work with structured data
Ability to work independently with limited guidance and manage multiple tasks
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
Strong communication skills, able to translate data into clear insights
Excellent English required; German is a strong advantage
