IT Help Desk Agent - Italian and English

ALDI SÜD is a leading international trading company with more than 5,000 locations in nine countries. The support for our more than 3,600 stores in Europe is based in two locations, Biatorbágy and Pécs. In this context, we are looking for new employees.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting our European stores as a Help Desk Agent in the international IT department of the ALDI SÜD Group 
  • First level support in computer technology (HW, SW, networks, POS systems)
  • Processing requests by phone, issuing passports, and documenting support activity
  • Analysis, solution, or transfer of software and hardware errors in the IT system of branch offices
  • Keeping in contact with the solution groups of the second and third level 
  • Providing support to remote installations, backups, and technical tasks
  • Testing new hardware and software

Your profile

  • have at least completed secondary education, IT-specialization is advantageous
  • know the software and hardware at an appropriate level
  • excellent Italian and English language skills
  • identify themselves with our values, which are "Consistency, Simplicity, Responsibility"
  • can work in a multi-shift operation (morning and afternoon) as well as on weekends and public holidays
  • communicate comprehensively
  • provide a quick insight and openness into new IT solutions
  • are independent and responsibel for their work
