My responsibilities

  • Work as a Process Workflow Consultant within the shared service organization team, supporting the Implementation function to further develop the service delivery setup and drive significant value creation
  • Support the implementation of new shared service opportunities across multiple service areas, enabling innovation and efficiency
  • Analyze existing processes, create and improve workflows to minimize risk and enhance process efficiency
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their process drivers and bottlenecks, and deliver simple, rapid solutions to pain points
  • Create compelling presentations for international management discussions, and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

The knowledge I own

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, Procurement, Project Management, or IT - preferably in an international consultancy environment
  • Experience in creating basic workflows in standard software tools such as ServiceNow
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail as a matter of course
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 3 weeks per year) and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
