Your responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimise business processes in close alignment with Product Owner, Global Process Owners and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvements, aiming for global harmonisation and increased efficiency
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and refine them with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and users to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
- Define and maintain the Definition of Ready with the Product Owner and support the Definition of Done
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop solution concepts to enhance user experience
- Support the design of organizational structures, master data models, and system integrations
- Contribute to product delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create decision papers and support prioritisation and budgeting processes
- Maintain and evolve documentation and knowledge bases
The knowledge I own:
- Degree in business administration, informatics, mathematics, a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes, ideally in a retail environment
- Solid experience with requirements engineering, analysis, and delivery (preferably in agile environments)
- Knowledge of ABBYY, d.3 ECM, SAP Finance, Real Estate, and/or other ERP / ECM solutions
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in agile product teams (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
Nice to have:

- Basic understanding of integration technologies and system landscapes
- Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
- Experience in Enterprise Portfolio/Project environments
- Experience in process modelling techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge in Process Intelligence
- Practical experience in managing on-premise and cloud solutions
- German skills optional
