My responsibilities:
- Supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written
- Full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
- Processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
- Analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
- Permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
- Expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
- Close cooperation with Aldi’s peers
The knowledge I own:
- Confident intermediate English AND German language skills
- An advantage, but not a requirement: experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)
- Willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 5/24 support
- At least secondary education
- Eager to learn and adapt new IT solutions
- Customer focus, strong communication skills
- Responsible work
