My responsibilities:

  • Providing 24/7 2nd level support for Mobile Devices, Desktop and Cloud Desktop services for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
  • Supporting and maintaining the selection of new client hardware (e.g. notebooks, convertibles, thin clients, mobile devices)
  • Being a contact person for mobile device, Windows  11,  Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop support requests
  • Supporting iOS and Android devices through Ivanti Neurons
  • Planning and development of automated Windows operating system installations
  • Supporting client migrations in an international environment 

The knowledge I own:

  • Can work in a 24/7 multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
  • Strong English skills, German knowledge is advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of iOS, Android OS support and Ivanti Neuorons or InTune administration
  • Solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 11 and Citrix  
  • Supporting an Azure-based virtual desktop environment
  • Knowledge of OS Deployment Tools
  • Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
