IT Service Desk Analyst - Italian and English-BP
Your responsibilities:
Within the international IT department of ALDI SÜD, you are responsible for delivering high quality support by fulfilling the below tasks.
- IT support of our European stores, offices and logistics centres by phone and e-mail
- Analysing and working towards the resolution of emerging IT errors
- Record, track and follow up on incidents and requests
- Collaboration with training, quality and expert groups
- Installation of programs, data backup and support of technicians with remote access
- Testing of new hardware and software
Your profile:
- Confident intermediate or higher Italian AND English written and oral language skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on bank holidays (additional shift allowance is applicable)
- Eager to learn and adopt to changes and new IT solutions
- Customer focus with strong communication skills
- Maintain a high standard towards own work
- Team player
- High school diploma or higher education
Relevant work experience is not required. We welcome the application of fresh graduates and occupation changers!
