Junior Operational Test Manager

Your responsibilities:

Supporting the coordination of test activities for assigned projects and demands
Tracking and monitoring test execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Reviewing defects for quality and completeness
Participating in daily test status meetings and contributing to test progress tracking and reporting
Supporting test reporting by collecting, consolidating and validating test execution figures
Coordinating with product teams, external service providers and country test managers to ensure aligned scope and priorities
Participating in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Contributing to the testing community by sharing learnings and supporting knowledge documentation

Must-haves:

Good communication skills and willingness to work in international, distributed teams
First experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira/Xray or comparable) is a plus
Good command of written and spoken English

Nice-to-haves:

ISTQB Foundation Level certification
Initial experience with Agile/Scrum working methods
First exposure to ERP systems or business process testing
ITIL v4 Foundation awareness: basic understanding of Incident and Change Management concepts
