My responsibilities:
- Application support
- Analyzing critical and complex issues
- Asset management
- Facility management
- Receipt of goods
- Local coordination of setting up the office environment
- Cooperation with international teams
- Extending the Knowledge Base content
- Participating in local and international IT projects
- Continuous service improvement
- Workaround and problem management
- Providing on-site support
The knowledge I own:
- IT Support experience (On-site)
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in an IT field is an advantage
- Fluency in English (German is advantageous)
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN)
- Familiarity with software and IT hardware technologies
- Basic experience or knowledge related to Windows/Linux Server
- ITIL certifications are an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Reliability, flexibility, team spirit
