My responsibilities

  • Own the development and maintenance business cases, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and validation
  • Lead commercial evaluations for vendor selection and support contract negotiations with structured financial insights
  • Ensure consistency and quality of pricing models, SOWs, and financial assumptions
  • Drive forecasting and planning activities and analyse cost centres and financial performance
  • Define and maintain KPIs for value realisation, cost control, and performance tracking
  • Lead preparation of management reports and executive-level presentations
  • Act as financial counterpart to vendors ensuring data accuracy and transparency
  • Collaborate across countries and functions to ensure aligned financial reporting
  • Drive improvements in reporting structures, financial models, and controlling processes

The knowledge I own

  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles
  • Proven experience in business case development and financial modelling
  • Strong background in cost centre controlling, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Experience with outsourcing models, vendor pricing or commercial evaluations
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to independently drive topics and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, translating financials into business insights for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
  • Excellent English required; German is a strong advantage
