Performance & Controlling Senior Consultant

My responsibilities

Own the development and maintenance business cases, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and validation
Lead commercial evaluations for vendor selection and support contract negotiations with structured financial insights
Ensure consistency and quality of pricing models, SOWs, and financial assumptions
Drive forecasting and planning activities and analyse cost centres and financial performance
Define and maintain KPIs for value realisation, cost control, and performance tracking
Lead preparation of management reports and executive-level presentations
Act as financial counterpart to vendors ensuring data accuracy and transparency
Collaborate across countries and functions to ensure aligned financial reporting
Drive improvements in reporting structures, financial models, and controlling processes

5–8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles
Proven experience in business case development and financial modelling
Strong background in cost centre controlling, forecasting, and performance analysis
Experience with outsourcing models, vendor pricing or commercial evaluations
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Ability to independently drive topics and work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills, translating financials into business insights for senior stakeholders
Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
Excellent English required; German is a strong advantage
