My responsibilities:

  • Daily support of the executives' work
  • Coordinating executive tasks
  • Monitoring deadlines
  • Coordinating meetings, compiling agendas, managing minutes
  • Liaisoning and communication with leaders across the international organisation
  • Calendar and e-mail management
  • Coordinating executives' business trips
  • Organizing visits, receiving guests
  • Preparing/coordinating reports and presentations
  • Management support
  • Handling sensitive, highly confidential data
  • Conducting ad hoc tasks, smaller independent projects 

The knowledge I own:

  • Fluent, negotiation-level English language knowledge (oral and written)
  • Experience in a large corporate environment
  • Precision, strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability, integrity
  • Office presence: generally 4 days a week, with home office possibility
  • Proficiency in Ms Office tools (O365), creating Excel reports, compiling PowerPoint presentations based on outline
  • Proficiency in online collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • University or college degree
  • Advantages:
