My responsibilities
- Review, create, configure and improve workflows in already established ServiceNow setups
- Translate business requirements and process gaps into practical workflow solutions
- Support workflow standardisation and optimisation during service transitions
- Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies and status updates
- Create and maintain RAID logs, action trackers and project documentation
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions
- Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on agreed deliverables
- Support project reporting and management presentations
The knowledge I own
- Hands-on experience creating, configuring or improving ServiceNow workflows
- Ability to translate operational requirements into effective workflow designs
- Experience in transition, project coordination, business services or IT
- Familiarity with project plans, RAID logs, action tracking and meeting facilitation
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
