Senior IT Professional - Microsoft 365
My responsibilities:
- providing 2nd level support regarding Microsoft 365 solutions for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
- analysis, classification and solving system failures
- handling incidents, requests and changes
- taking part in certificate management
- improving processes (documentation, automation)
- cooperate with national and international IT departments
The knowledge I own:
- strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
- can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
- strong knowledge about e-mail and messaging (Exchange Online hybrid) and Microsoft 365-technologies, especially O365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), Microsoft OneDrive for Business
- strong knowledge about M365 tenant administration
- solid knowledge about Azure Active Directory / Intune / Endpoint Management
- solid knowledge about telephony basics (SIP, ITSP-management)
- preferable: knowledge of Azure Function Apps / Logic Apps
- knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell
- completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
- well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
