Senior IT Professional - Microsoft 365

My responsibilities:

  • providing 2nd level support regarding Microsoft 365 solutions for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
  • analysis, classification and solving system failures
  • handling incidents, requests and changes
  • taking part in certificate management
  • improving processes (documentation, automation)
  • cooperate with national and international IT departments

The knowledge I own:

  • strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
  • strong knowledge about Microsoft 365-technologies, especially Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power platform (especially Power Automate and Power Apps), Microsoft OneDrive for Business
  • strong knowledge about M365 tenant administration
  • solid  knowledge about Azure Active Directory / Intune / Endpoint Management
  • solid knowledge about telephony basics (SIP, ITSP-management)
  • preferable: knowledge of Azure Function Apps / Logic Apps
  • knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell 
  • completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
  • well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
  • can work in a multi-shift operation as well as on weekends and public holidays
