Buying Specialist - Service Desk Analyst
Your responsibilities:
- supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written
- full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
- processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
- analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
- permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
- expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
- close cooperation with Aldi’s peers
Your profile:
- confident intermediate English AND German language skills
- an advantage, but not a requirement: experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)
- willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 5/24 support
- at least secondary education
- eager to learn and adapt new IT solutions
- customer focus, strong communication skills
- responsible work
