My responsibilities:
- Planning, development and maintenance of a Microsoft Azure hosted Citrix environment with Windows clients
- Monitor system health and performance, and proactively address risks (capacity management, performance tuning, log analysis)
- Implement and maintain security baselines and best practices
- Being a contact for support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer
- Supporting IT projects in an international environment
- Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level
- Continuously improve operations through automation and standardization where applicable
The knowledge I own:
- Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor
- Solid knowledge of Windows 11 administration in an enterprise environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Citrix
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Can work in a multi-shift operation (Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 22:00 PM)
