My responsibilities:

  • Supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and written
  • Full support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errors
  • Processing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management system
  • Analysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizations
  • Permanent contact with specialized IT solution teams
  • Expansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainings
  • Close cooperation with Aldi’s peers

 

The knowledge I own:

  • Confident intermediate English language skills (German/Italian/Slovenian language skills are an advantage) 
  • An advantage, but not a requirement: experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)
  • Willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 5/24 support  
  • At least secondary education
  • Eager to learn and adapt new IT solutions
  • Customer focus, strong communication skills
  • Responsible work
  • Team spirit
