My responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the office
  • Coordination of procurements and administrative tasks
  • Smooth reception and support of guests and new joiners
  • Administration and management of corporate assets and document workflows
  • Coordination of facility management and building operation projects, including contract‑related administrative duties
  • Organizational tasks

 

The knowledge I own:

  • Having basic IT skills is a must  
  • On-going University studies in the field of IT, Engineering or Business Studies 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German knowledge is an advantage
