My responsibilities:
- Pre-screening applications based on specified criteria
- Reviewing and evaluating resumes
- Communicating with applicants via email or phone
- Supporting the recruitment team in daily tasks, such as scheduling interviews and handling administrative duties
- Participating in the preparation and execution of recruitment campaigns
- Compiling professional materials and reports on recruitment effectiveness
The knowledge I own:
- Currently enrolled in higher education (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field)
- At least 25-30 hours/week required
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Accuracy, ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good organizational skills and a team player attitude
- Commitment to the HR field and eagerness to learn
- Flexible and proactive personality
