IT Engineer-Supply Chain Design and Optimization

My responsibilities:

Designing concepts for and further developing innovative apps in the area of supply chain management using a proprietary low-code platform
Modelling and designing supply chains using the Coupa (formerly LLamasoft) supply chain optimisation software
Implementing IT solutions for supply chain concepts in the areas of network design and optimisation, transportation optimisation, sourcing optimisation and Cost to Serve
Executing the complete software development cycle from requirements engineering to deployment in-house with a highly motivated team.

University degree with a focus on business informatics, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in requirements and software engineering
Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL
Basic programming skills and an open mind towards new technologies
First experience with agile software development
First experience with APIs and REST interfaces
Experiences in modelling and designing supply chains advantageous
Strong analytical and structured way of thinking
Independent, precise and conscientious way of working
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as fluency English (German is an advantage)
