My responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd level support regarding Identity and Access management, Directory services 
  • Analysis, classification and solving system failures via incidents 
  • Assist end users in permission requests, maintaining and creating permission groups 
  • Improving processes by updating the existing documentation, potentially contributing in advancement of current automations 
  • Cooperate with national and international IT departments, active collaboration with 3rd level team 

The knowledge I own:

  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server systems 
  • Strong experience in Active Directory support and operation 
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access management, Directory services topic 
  • Knowledge in program languages like PowerShell, VBScript and SQL 
  • Completed or ongoing education, or relevant experience in the field of IT 
  • Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude 
  • Open to work in different operational shifts 7/24  
  • Strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage 
  • Experience in IT domain, preferably with identity management
