My responsibilities:
Participation in the end-to-end selection process:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Coordination of recruitment processes from junior to senior positions.
- Screen and interview potential candidates.
- Manage advertisements, using various online channels.
- Source passive Candidates and create a pool for on-going and future positions.
- Offer management, onboarding support with other HR departments.
- Regular reporting for the Hiring Management.
Cooperation with the employer branding team:
- Participation in professional events, meetups, conferences which can be related candidate attraction.
- Developing the department's brand, cooperating in internal and external employer branding activities.
The knowledge I own:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the field of IT and or Business recruitment (agency or in-house).
- A university degree or similar qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Fluent English AND at least intermediate German proficiency.
- Proactive, responsive, reliable personality.Innovative approach, eager to find alternative solutions.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Willingness to improve, see opportunities in challenges.
