Your responsibilities:
- Lead Developer responsible for a set of Power BI-based reports, which provide fact-based transparency on the ALDI DX's Release and Test Management team’s operations
- Engaging with the stakeholder groups like release managers, test coordinators, directors, and senior management
- Providing reports containing detailed hourly operational data, aggregated managerial status and tactical release-on-release comparisons
- Developing metrics and KPIs to enable the Release and Test Management team to continuously improve and validate the impact of their measures
- Participating in design and technical discussions with the team, coaching team members in data engineering and Power BI development
- Liaising with report stakeholders and technical teams responsible for the reporting platform and data source
The knowledge I own:
- Practical experience with M365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in datalake technologies: EDLAP, DataBricks, Satelite
- Comfortable with writing, interpreting, and reading MSSQL queries
- Ability to create and maintain basic table structures
- Basic understanding of data types and their appropriate use
- Background of data analytics, data engineering
- Experience with agile delivery methodology
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience with tools such as OpenText ALM, Tricentis qTest, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, ServiceNow
- Initial experience in project, release and/or test management, ITIL processes
