ServiceNow Administrator/Low-code Developer
My responsibilities
- Providing 2nd level support to internal and external colleagues from all around the world
- Gathering requirements from customers
- Master Data & User Management
- Source code management
- Performing Root Cause Analysis and developing appropriate Solution Concepts that fit into the existing system architecture
- Implementing changes and fixes
- Manual testing the implementations of peers
- Dispatching higher complexity issues to the appropriate, 3rd level teams
- Deploying releases to all our instances
The knowledge I own
- Studies or training with a focus on information technology
- Some experience with JavaScript
- Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal)
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics)
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer) is an advantage
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, AngularJS is an advantage
- Experience in agile software development and design is an advantage
- Service Desk Agent experience is an advantage
