My responsibilities:
- Development and configuration of ServiceNow (e.g. workflows, integration, portal)
- Automation of business processes and operational tasks
- Consulting of internal teams as expert for ServiceNow functionality & best practices
- Requirements engineering and communication of the solution
- Programming and coordination of external partners
- Support for the existing ServiceNow developments, patch and upgrade management for the platform
- Quality assurance and source code management
The knowledge I own:
- On-going University studies with a focus on information technology
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage
- Experience in ServiceNow development or reporting (client/server side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
