UX/UI Designer

My responsibilities:

Translate user requirements into UI concepts based on web technologies
Create UX/UI concepts and designs for a web application with a focus on a Java backend and Angular frontend using PrimeNG components
Ensure compliance with UX/UI quality standards and guidelines, actively contributing to their development and updates
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities for existing UI concepts
Consult on UX-related projects and initiatives within the organization
Act as an interface between end users and the design/development teams

The knowledge I own:

Proven experience in applying UX/UI design methods and principles in an agile environment
Experience in low and high-fidelity prototyping using design tools, particularly Figma
Familiarity with user usability testing and design systems
A minimum of three years of relevant professional work experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Service-oriented mindset with a quick grasp and analytical approach
Eagerness to learn and share new knowledge with others
Fluency in English

Desirable Skills:
Experience with frontend technologies, particularly Angular and PrimeNG components
Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems
