Project Management Expert

My responsibilities

Work as a Project Management Expert within the shared service organization team as part of the Implementation function, supporting the further development of the service delivery setup and driving significant value creation
Support the implementation of new shared service opportunities across multiple service areas, enabling innovation and efficiency
Provide project management support for the rollout of new shared service opportunities
Manage risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies related to implementation projects
Create compelling presentations for international management discussions, and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders

Completed studies in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in business services, project management, or IT - preferably in an international consultancy environment
Specialized experience in project and risk management, including the development of mitigation plans
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative
Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail as a matter of course
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multinational and cross-functional environment
Fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 3 weeks per year) and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
