Entra ID Engineer - L3

Your responsibilities:

You are an L3 Entra ID Engineer responsible for sustainable operations and governance for Microsoft Entra ID. Your focus is on service principles, lifecycle hygiene, and remediation actions derived from assessments/pentests.

• Perform Entra ID housekeeping: identify, clean up, and document obsolete or risky objects
• Develop and improve governance processes for service principal lifecycle and approvals
• Ensure correct ownership, usage patterns, and permission governance for service principals
• Implement and track remediation actions from Pentest/Risk mitigation outputs
• Optimize L3 support for Entra ID-related incidents and operational improvements
• Produce reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement

What you bring (Must-haves)

• Strong English proficiency (required) -fluent inwritten and spoken communication
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Practical knowledge of Service Principals/ Enterprise Applications and permission governance
• Experience applying security findings into actionable hardening and operational processes
• Background knowledge of authentication concepts and token/policy behavior
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities at L3 level

Nice-to-haves

• Automation experience for reporting/reviews (scripts/workflows)
• Experience with audit/compliance processes and evidence generation
• German language skills
