How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

Drive process optimization in warehouse operations and transport services by supporting stakeholders through change management
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their challenges and proactively addressing their concerns
Design and implement sustainable solutions for a fruit and vegetable hub, aligning with our net-zero objectives
Lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and strategic supplier selection
Manage and coordinate an international team, fostering collaboration and high performance
Engage in close cooperation with international departments, country organizations within the ALDI SÜD Group, as well as suppliers and logistics service provider

The requirements of the role include:

Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
Proven experience in change management and communication strategies, with the ability to navigate and drive transformation effectively
Background in produce or fresh product logistics, including warehouse and transport operations and/or managing logistics service providers
Proactive mindset, with a hands-on approach and enthusiasm for building projects from the ground up in a dynamic environment
Reliable, structured, and result-oriented way of working in a dynamic work environment
Very good communication and negotiation skills with a high degree of assertiveness
Fluent Business English skills

Gross annual salary starting from € 104.350*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
