How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

In this role you will be responsible for import and trade compliance matters within our international supply chain management team
As an Expert, you will provide guidance and advice to our internal team on various compliance issues
You will collaborate closely with our corporate compliance team, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with international and cross-functional teams across the ALDI Süd Group
Leveraging your legal expertise, you will implement new compliance guidelines and ensure adherence to EU legislation
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in building and further developing our compliance management system
Collecting and analysing data, as well as creating reports to monitor compliance regulations is part of your role

The requirements of the role include:

As a Compliance Expert, you hold a university degree with a focus on Law, Law and Economics, or similar
You already have several years of professional experience in a compliance role
You have got in-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, in particular EU law
You possess business fluent English and German skills
Your exceptional communication skills allow you to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
