How You’ll Make Your Mark

In this position, you’ll…

  • Collaborate with a global team of experts to ensure cost efficiency, optimal availability, and sustainability
  • Develop and lead projects that design, plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end supply chain for today and the future
  • Act as a leader within the department by building and developing a high-performing team of specialists
  • Provide guidance and support to both direct and indirect international teams
  • Lead negotiations for contracts exceeding €100m
  • Implement innovative processes for both Brick & Mortar and eCommerce, leveraging current best practices and upcoming industry trends
  • Work closely with international departments, country organisations, suppliers, technology vendors, and logistics service providers

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are…

  • A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • A strong commitment to sustainability, with experience in implementing sustainable practices within the supply chain
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Significant experience in Supply Chain Management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the retail sector
  • A deep understanding of and keen interest in supply chain technologies (e.g. warehouse or transportation automation)
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, with SAP knowledge being an advantage
  • An analytical, structured, and results-driven approach to work
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong degree of assertiveness
  • Fluent Business English skills

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 188.600*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
