Expert - Warehouse Service & Strategy (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Build up knowledge and methodologies in our team to optimise service and maintenance contracts for (semi-) automated warehouses
- Develop a contract strategy based on internal guidelines and business requirements, taking into account risk, scope, pricing, etc.
- Advise on full-service contracts starting from conception to contract signature
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors
- Ensure harmonised and future-oriented service concepts and strategy for new warehouse projects
- Define and integrate all service-related requirements into the project scope. Ensure this is done in close cooperation and coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Advise project teams in terms of service management analysis, design, implementation and onsite teams during ramp up and operations
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- University degree or comparable education with a technical (preferably) or business focus
- 2 years or more of relevant experience within automation industry, (automated) material handling solutions, machinery & industrial engineering, or related industries
- Experience in the field of after sales service products and processes (e.g. direct customer service support remotely and on-site, technical customer service support, technical product management or similar)
- Very good knowledge of service-relevant business models
- Expertise in commercial clauses (liability, warranty, risk mitigation, or change management) with a proven track record in complex contractual work
- Convincing presentation skills in front of decision-makers or an international audience of experts
- Team player with a high level of communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20% internationally

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
