How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Actively supporting the planning and execution of strategic network transformation initiatives within a complex global supply chain environment
  • Leading the coordination and integration of supply chain modeling activities, including data gathering, validation, and scenario analysis to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, production, and finance to ensure alignment and seamless project delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with country stakeholders, ensuring their input and concerns are incorporated into project plans and execution strategies
  • Organising and facilitating lessons learned sessions, capturing best practices and improvement opportunities to enhance future project outcomes
  • Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively, ensuring transparency and communication with all involved parties
  • Supporting change management initiatives by preparing communication materials, training modules and stakeholder engagement plans to drive adoption of new processes and systems
  • Monitoring project risks and issues, providing timely escalation and resolution strategies to avoid delays and achieve project goals
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions
  • Supporting senior management with regular project status reporting and presentation of key findings and recommendations

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • Several years of proven experience in international supply chain management, with a focus on strategic network planning and transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain modeling tools and techniques, capable of interpreting complex data and driving data-based decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in dynamic environments
  • High adaptability and resilience in managing change within large organisations
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Academic background in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields is preferred
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools to effectively support organizational transformation
