HR Specialist - People & Culture (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • In this role, you will communicate and collaborate closely with teams and internal stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for reviewing our team's workplace culture, and driving improvement, employee engagement as well as networking initiatives
  • You will prepare internal communication material for various People & Culture initiatives
  • As an HR Specialist - People & Culture, you will act as a sparring partner for our employees
  • Organising smaller employer branding activities such as workshops at universities is part of your tasks
  • Additionally, you will assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders in the business
     

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You ideally hold a university degree in economics, HR, communication science or a similar field
  • As an HR Specialist - People & Culture, you have initial relevant work experience with a focus on human resources and communication
  • You possess business-fluent English skills
  • Your exceptional communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • You enjoy supporting the development of a team and having internal project responsibilities
  • You are a team player who is enthusiastic about people, workplace culture, new ways of working and diversity
  • Solution-oriented, structured, organised and independent describe your way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
