International Project Specialist (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As an International Project Specialist, you take over coordinating tasks and timelines in projects related to the implementation of intralogistics technology in warehouses on global ALDI markets
- The independent assumption of coordination tasks and preparation of results in projects related to international logistics and process design is part of your tasks
- You are participating in the ongoing development of project management in cross-team projects
- You are responsible for the coordination and administration of digital collaboration platforms as well as their further development within the framework of Office 365 products
- You research information and prepare presentations, minutes and documents primarily in English
- Coordination and organisation of appointments and workshops, as well as independent execution of administrative tasks complement your role
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As an International Project Specialist, you have completed studies in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on logistics/supply chain management
- Initial professional experience (e.g., in project management or supply chain management) is an advantage
- You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Project is an advantage
- You possess business-fluent English skills (German is an advantage)
- You are a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
- You excel at presenting complex information in a simplified way, tailored to stakeholders across various countries, departments, and hierarchical levels
- Your reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style sets you apart
- You have a strong interest and enthusiasm for food retail and international logistics and enjoy working with international teams

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
