International Team Assistant (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • Supporting our management with organizational subjects in the area of supply chain management, is one of your key task
  • Another task is communicating with internal and external stakeholders in an international context and share relevant information 
  • You’ll coordinate appointments and organize meetings as well as business trips
  • As an International Team Assistant, you’ll prepare presentations and create important documentation
  • You’ll focus on consolidating data and maintaining internal information systems
     

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • As an International Team Assistant, you have a completed commercial training (at least A-level)
  • You have initial relevant work experience in the field of assistance
  • Proficiency in working with the computer is one of your professional core competencies (especially MS Office)
  • You’re fluent in the English language
  • You have a committed and conscientious personality with strong communication and team skills
  • You’re able to be independent, accurate and you have an organized way of working 
  • Professional and self-confident appearance

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
