How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

In this role you will be supporting our management with organizational subjects in the area of supply chain management
Another task is communicating with internal and external stakeholders in an international context and share relevant information
You’ll coordinate appointments and organise meetings as well as business trips
As an International Team Assistant, you’ll prepare presentations and create important documentation
You’ll focus on consolidating data and maintaining internal information systems

The requirements of the role include:

As an International Team Assistant, you have a completed commercial training (at least A-level)
You have initial relevant work experience in the field of assistance
Proficiency in working with the computer is one of your professional core competencies (especially MS Office)
You’re fluent in the English language
You have a committed and conscientious personality with strong communication and team skills
You’re able to be independent, accurate and you have an organized way of working
Professional and self-confident appearance
