How You’ll Make Your Mark

In this position, you’ll…

  • Supporting the head of department and the entire international team in organisational matters
  • Performing process management tasks for the global Buying departments (e.g. carrying out and checking travel bookings, onboarding new employees, organising events) 
  • Independently carrying out general assistance tasks (e.g. coordinating appointments, organising meetings and business trips, etc.) 
  • Preparing and proofreading documents
  • Handling correspondence and organising the filing system
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems (e.g. SAP ARIBA)

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are…

  • Completed business apprenticeship at “Matura” level (equivalent to A-Levels)
  • Initial experience as an assistant is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using computers (particularly MS Office)
  • Good English language skills
  • Committed and motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to collaborate
  • Independent, conscientious and organised way of working

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 37.900,-* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
