How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Manager - Sustainable Transport you help to shape the future supply chain network of the ALDI SÜD Group with a focus on sustainable transport and alternative drive systems
- Analysing the current supply chain with a focus on transport logistics and emission reduction is one of your main responsibilities
- You develop roadmaps and together with our country teams, drive the implementation of green logistics and foster eco-efficient transport solutions
- You independently lead and develop a team
- You work in multi-national project teams to understand the business requirements of an international organisation
- You work as part of our wider Supply Chain Management team to design and implement solutions that contribute to the creation of a sustainable, resilient, and future-proof supply chain for the ALDI SÜD Group.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies in Logistics, Supply Chain or Sustainability Management, Business Administration or similar
- You have relevant professional experience in areas such as consulting, transportation etc.
- Initial leadership experience and a proven track record in sustainable transportation is relevant to this role
- You have a deep understanding of the transportation industry and sustainable transportation technology
- You are proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- You possess business-fluent English skills
- Your strong technical and analytical thinking abilities combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, enable you to make strategic decisions
- You are known for your reliability, strong collaboration skills and adaptability
- You are willing to travel internationally (up to 10% of working time)
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 102.000,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
