How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Developing automated warehouse technology solutions based on functional evaluation and analysis of current warehouse processes and data (e.g., goods receipt volumes)
- Identifying requirements, develop material flow diagrams and layouts, and perform cost estimations
- Preparing requirement specifications, tenders, and evaluation of offers for the selection of suitable technology service providers
- To act as a strategic partner for the project teams on site during implementation, commissioning and ramp-up of the projects
- Dealing with strategic conceptual design of maintenance and repair of automated intralogistics sites to increase and ensure equipment availability
- To prepare and implement global standards for intralogistics while optimising processes
- Leading continuous and cross-national coordination within our international project teams
- Observing market analysis for the future-oriented development of our intralogistics
Your Profile
The requirments of the role include:
- You have completed studies in the field of technical logistics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar fields with reference to material flow systems
- As a Manager - Warehouse Automation Solutions you have several years of relevant professional experience in warehouse automation with service providers, manufacturers or users of intralogistics
- You have very good knowledge of logistics planning and technical intralogistics (materials handling, automation, planning of systems and equipment in intralogistics)
- Ideally you have knowledge of warehouse processes in retail
- Your core competency includes ability to think analytical and logical way with a strong affinity for numbers and data
- Independent and organized way of working describe your working style
- Having very good knowledge of English
- The willingness to travel

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 96,800.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
