Project Specialist - Intralogistics (f/m/d)
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you will be responsible for coordination tasks and scheduling in projects for the introduction of intralogistics technology in the warehouses of ALDI stores worldwide
- Your task includes the independent assumption of coordination tasks and preparation of results in projects on the subject of international logistics and process design (e.g. network design or sea freight)
- You will be involved in the further development of project management in cross-team projects
- You coordinate and administer digital collaboration platforms and their further development within the framework of Office 365 products
- You will be responsible for researching information and creating presentations, minutes and documents, primarily in English
- You coordinate and organise appointments and workshops and complete administrative tasks independently
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you have completed a commercial education at A-level or a degree with a focus on business administration (e.g. logistics/supply chain management)
- Initial professional experience (e.g. project management or supply chain management) is an advantage
- You are interested in and enthusiastic about food retail and international logistics
- You enjoy working in international teams
- You are characterised by a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
- You feel confident in using MS Office
- If you have good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Project, this is an advantage
- Your English skills are good

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
