Your main tasks in this role are:

As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you will be responsible for coordination tasks and scheduling in projects for the introduction of intralogistics technology in the warehouses of ALDI stores worldwide
Your task includes the independent assumption of coordination tasks and preparation of results in projects on the subject of international logistics and process design (e.g. network design or sea freight)
You will be involved in the further development of project management in cross-team projects
You coordinate and administer digital collaboration platforms and their further development within the framework of Office 365 products
You will be responsible for researching information and creating presentations, minutes and documents, primarily in English
You coordinate and organise appointments and workshops and complete administrative tasks independently

The requirements of the role include:

As Project Specialist - Intralogistics, you have completed a commercial education at A-level or a degree with a focus on business administration (e.g. logistics/supply chain management)
Initial professional experience (e.g. project management or supply chain management) is an advantage
You are interested in and enthusiastic about food retail and international logistics
You enjoy working in international teams
You are characterised by a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
You feel confident in using MS Office
If you have good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Project, this is an advantage
Your English skills are good

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
