How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As a Strategic Supply Chain & Transport Analyst you will play a pivotal role in shaping ALDI SÜD’s future supply chain network, with a strong focus on transportation
By analysing the current supply chain, you will identify opportunities and implement solutions for process optimization
You communicate and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
You conduct in-depth analyses to ensure optimal integration of transport logistics in support of warehouse planning projects
You act as an expert, staying ahead of industry trends and market developments with a focus on transportation in order to provide added value and support decision-making
Using data supported models will assist you in optimising the future store delivery process

The requirements of the role include:

As a Strategic Supply Chain & Transport Analyst you have a degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or data analytics
You possess professional experience in the field of strategic transport management or logistics network modelling
Ideally you are experienced in the retail sector
Your strong knowledge and interest of business intelligence tools is considered an asset (Tableau, Coupa)
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
You possess business fluent English skills
Conscientious, structured, and data-oriented describes your working style
In addition of this, you bring strong communication and teamwork skills with you to the role

Gross annual salary starting from € 59.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
