How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You'll shape the future supply chain for imported fruit and vegetables across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
Analyze current processes and data to define optimal supply chain strategies
Drive the IT-implementation of new and harmonized processes for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
Establish best-practice operational standards to streamline sourcing and logistics
Drive continuous improvement of operational processes for fresh fruit and vegetables
Collaborate closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations

The requirements of the role include:

A completed university degree, ideally in supply chain management
Expertise in supply chain or purchasing processes in retail, ideally for imported fruit and vegetables
Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of IT projects
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
Familiar with SAP and S/4 HANA , Tableau and highly proficient with MS Office Tools
A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work in an international team
Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus
