How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Supply Chain Project Consultant (f/m/d) you coordinate a strategic project to transform ALDI’s global supply chain, demonstrating commitment and achieving target outcomes
  • You are responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation within the supply chain, and implementing changes aligned with business goals
  • Your tasks include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adapting communication styles, anticipating conflicts, and mediating as necessary
  • You develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure project success, escalating and resolving challenges to avoid delays
  • You monitor project progress, make informed decisions, and ensure quality outputs
  • You support change management by preparing communication materials and stakeholder plans

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of substantial project management experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields
  • You possess strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Relevant certifications from recognized institutes (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks appeals to you
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams, understanding individual needs and demonstrating empathy in challenging situations are your strong points
  • You show proficiency in Microsoft Project and further Office Suite products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to personal and team development is second nature for you
