How you’ll make your mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will be responsible for the development and delivery of international analysis and reporting solutions to enable informed strategic decisions
  • You will facilitate the implementation of high-impact, cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • This involves the application of your in-depth retail and finance knowledge to bring transparency to business processes and their financial impacts
  • You are excited by the preparation and execution of workshops and training sessions with stakeholders on an international level, facilitating understanding and alignment across the entire organisation

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed studies in business administration, supply chain, finance, or related fields
  • You possess a strong data analysis skillset, including expertise in Excel, Analysis for Office, and SAP Business Warehouse; knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset is a matter of course to you
  • You can distil complex concepts and present them clearly—visually and verbally
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience working in an ALDI SÜD business unit
  • Experience in managing international projects would be an advantage
  • You have strong business partnering skills, with a track record of effective engagement with international stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
