How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You'll be part of an international and interdisciplinary team
You'll support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy
You'll work on projects across the seafood value chain
You'll ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals
You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance)
You'll build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers
You'll work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain
You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production
You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes
You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial)
You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities
Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile
You are confident in using Excel
You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity
You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills
You are business fluent in English

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
