CR Specialist - Fish&Seafood (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You'll be part of an international and interdisciplinary team
  • You'll support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy
  • You'll work on projects across the seafood value chain
  • You'll ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals
  • You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance)
  • You'll build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers
  • You'll work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain
  • You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain
     

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include: 

  • You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production
  • You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes
  • You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial)
  • You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities
  • Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile
  • You are confident in using Excel
  • You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills
  • You are business fluent in English

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,-* 
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
