How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

As Global Communications Expert (f/m/d), you’ll support the development and delivery of communications for global projects, helping to inform and engage employees across multiple markets
You’ll work with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across countries
That includes collaboration with in-country communications teams to adapt and implement global messaging locally
You’ll contribute to selecting appropriate channels and formats to effectively reach different audiences
You’ll support the preparation of communication materials for senior stakeholders
As part of your day-to-day, you’ll assist in coordinating global communication activities and meetings
You’ll manage deadlines effectively and deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment

The requirements of the role include:

You bring more than 3 years' experience in change and / or internal communications roles (in-house or agency)
You have initial experience in internal or change communications, in-house or in an agency environment
You have a degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
You have strong writing and editing skills, with a very good command of English
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines sets you apart
High attention to detail and a structured way of working as well as a proactive, reliable team player with a willingness to learn is a matter of course to you
You are confident in working with different stakeholders and openness to feedback
You have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work through ambiguity
