How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As Global Communications Expert (f/m/d), you’ll support the development and delivery of communications for global projects, helping to inform and engage employees across multiple markets
- You’ll work with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across countries
- That includes collaboration with in-country communications teams to adapt and implement global messaging locally
- You’ll contribute to selecting appropriate channels and formats to effectively reach different audiences
- You’ll support the preparation of communication materials for senior stakeholders
- As part of your day-to-day, you’ll assist in coordinating global communication activities and meetings
- You’ll manage deadlines effectively and deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You bring more than 3 years' experience in change and / or internal communications roles (in-house or agency)
- You have initial experience in internal or change communications, in-house or in an agency environment
- You have a degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
- You have strong writing and editing skills, with a very good command of English
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines sets you apart
- High attention to detail and a structured way of working as well as a proactive, reliable team player with a willingness to learn is a matter of course to you
- You are confident in working with different stakeholders and openness to feedback
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work through ambiguity
