How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

In this role, you will be responsible for the variety of compliance risk assessments, both general and subject matter specific
You will consolidate existing data and compliance risk assessments to enhance our risk management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
Providing guidance and advice on risk and compliance issues completes your remit

The requirements of the role include:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
As a Compliance Risk Assessment Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a risk and compliance role, with focus on risk management
You have got in-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards
You are business fluent in English
An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
