Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)

How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

  • In this role you will work in an international, cross-functional team, covering a variety of Compliance discipline and management systems
  • You’ll foster the Group Compliance Management System including the Due Diligence and Internal Control Management System
  • Your responsibilities include executing mitigating measures by implementing actions and conducting respective projects in cooperation with global functions and business units 
  • In addition, you’ll monitor and evaluate the performance of the Group Compliance Management System in cooperation with the Risk Management System  
  • Gathering and evaluating data, developing treatment and corrective measures for continuous improvement of our management systems complete your field of responsibility

Your Profile

The requirements for the role include:

  • You have completed relevant studies or equivalent education
  • As a Compliance Specialist you have experience working in Compliance, e. g. data, trade or ESG compliance 
  • You have got excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You are business fluent in English 
  • A proactive, structured, and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy is a matter of course for you
  • You have got strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 41.400*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
