Consultant Financial Controlling Projects (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You’ll design and develop international strategic Financial Controlling projects in the ALDI Süd Group and take over responsibility for internal project and change management
- This includes working conceptually in group-wide project teams bringing in the Controlling perspective
- Additionally, you’ll coordinate and moderate project-related workshops and presentations
- You’ll execute the role of Business Partner to other international project teams and drive commercial outcomes
- As a Project Leader or a member of international project teams you’ll support or perform all project steps from the set up to the final presentation. This includes the definition of the scope, resources, roles and tasks as well as the timeframe and goals of the project. In addition you’ll coordinate the communication with stakeholders and oversee the progress of the project. The preparation of presentations for decision making at Senior Management level compliments your field of responsibility.
Your Profile
Requirements for the role include:
- You have completed your business-oriented studies with focus on Finance/Controlling or Strategic management
- As an Expert you possess relevant professional experience in Strategy Consultancy, Financial Performance Analysis or Auditing
- Ideally, you have worked in a multinational organisation in the area of retail
- You are proficient in MS Office (specifically MS Excel, e.g. Pivot) and MS PowerPoint (Think-cell), experience in SAP FI / CO, SAP BW, SAP BI would be an advantage
- Ideally, you possess knowhow in project and change management
- You’re fluent in the English language
- Strong numerical and analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently in an organised and structured way describes your working style

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 55,800. -*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
